At the end of the summer Riot Fest returned to Toronto’s Downsview Park bigger and better than ever with a more diverse lineup and a ton of entertainment. My first of two interviews from the Fest is with Toronto rapper Jazz Cartier who turned in a ferocious thirty minute set after flying across the country to be there.
